Bible Missions

SOUTH CAROLINA

Bible Mission

We are honored to invite you to join our mission of providing Bibles to people and communities throughout the Columbia area and beyond. At Indian Church of South Carolina, we are committed to the enormous task of making the transformative power of God’s Word accessible to everyone, including people groups who have come from all around the world to the beautiful state of South Carolina.

Our goal is to ensure that every person who desires a Bible in their native language can have one. Imagine the life-changing moment when someone hears the Word of God in their own language for the first time, and picture the impact on a community as they engage with the teachings of Jesus.

But this mission is vast. We cannot do it alone.

Your participation in this effort doesn’t just stop here; it ripples out to different parts of the world, touching lives and filling the silence with hope, salvation, and the message of Jesus. Your involvement results in eternal change, far beyond simply passing along a book.

We are passionate about making disciples of all nations, and we believe that the time to act is now. Answering the great need for God’s Word is not optional—it’s a command from Jesus Himself.

Will you join us in this mission today?
You can be the reason a community hears about Jesus for the first time. Let us come together to ensure that Bibles reach those who need them most. May the Living God enable you and richly reward you for your part in this mission.

For the Team,
Pastor Ben Johns
Senior Pastor, Indian Church of South Carolina

A cup of Indian Chai Tea Latte with Senior Pastor Ben Johns

The act of connect has become a verb that symbolizes bond. It's in this space that our Pastor loves to often find himself share the Love of God experiences over steaming cups of Chai latte. In these shared moments, we would like to impart more than just insights into faith; we offer a window to what God is doing through the lives. Through stories of learning language and cultural immersion, acculturation and adaptation experiences challenge, encourage us that we are all on Diaspora mission in God's Kingdom. So, pull up a chair, grab a mug, and hypothetically listen to the words we would offer you over the Chai tea latte…
